Shame and Dignity
Chronic shame is a highly destructive emotion that people often for a long, long time. It is comparable to Cancer. First, there's "tumor" - maybe it comes initially from a severe scolding by one parent or teacher, together with a loss of contact and Loss of confidence. The embarrassing "metastasized" part is spreading, infects the entire organism, makes the body collapse, pollutes the mind and undermines our basic sense of well-being and our dignity.
This long worn toxic shame is associated with a very specific posture and a corresponding autonomous pattern. It is a pattern similar to that of experienced trauma - including states of over- and under-excitation, and separation and loneliness. The opposite body experience of shame is the direct experience of the somatic/autonomous attitude of dignity and Proud. It is physiologically impossible to hold shame inside oneself for long. if we as human beings hold a rooted and embodied feeling of inner dignity (and also pride) within us. When we have this dynamic relationship within the framework of a therapeutic alliance, can turn shame into a core feeling of self-esteem and compassion for oneself will be transformed themselves. This integrative process is essential for the promotion of general health and an emerging Feeling of dignity and being yourself.

The development of the potentials invested in us
From entanglement to development: Potential unfolding through the reorganization of orbital patterns in the brain.
The neuronal Possibilities of connection are structured after birth on the basis of the Experiences that are made with the respective relationship persons. This inevitably leads to entanglements between own investments and the existing adult relationship patterns. These more or less pronounced entanglements prevent the Development of the potentials created in a person. Therefore development, i.e. the separation from the respective entanglements, the decisive prerequisite for this development process gets going again.
Such a development would have to be actively supported by the person concerned.
be aspired to, that is, wanted. With the goal "to reconnect the
disconnected" is a reactivation of these inhibited and thus
split off parts via the respective neuronal networks
required. The person in question would therefore have to
rediscover what she has suppressed during her socialization (e.g. joy of life, desire to learn, creative will). Standardized
Therapy methods are not suitable for this. The decisive impulse for
such a development process is the deep contact with the
own demerged shares.

The Healing Power of Love
Every person brings from his prenatal experiences two
basic needs into the world, which will cover his entire life
determine: the need for connectedness on the one hand and the need for
autonomy on the other hand.
In a world that is constantly changing through our own actions
we can only remain healthy if we are able to live as
are willing to constantly help us to understand ourselves, even if we are change. We'd be able to do that already. Anyway, we have a
Brain that enables us to do this.
What makes us sick is not the psychological stress
physical wear and tear or the many pathogens,
that are everywhere. The reason we get sick is because
Living according to ideas that make us ill. To be healthy
...so we need to get rid of these ideas. For this
but we won't be able to until we find something
(or find again), which is much more important and attractive for us than all the hitherto persecuted, entangled and disease-causing
Fortunately, there is something that is inevitable, that is to say, completely different from
alone, freed from all these entanglements and into a development
leads. At least when we find it in ourselves or better:
find it again or maybe just allow it to happen. This
universal remedies has a name: It is love.
But before you sink in your chair with a transfigured look on your face: this love that is meant here has nothing to do with what most people think it is.
"No human being can develop the potentials invested in him if his dignity is violated by others or if he himself violates his own dignity." (Gerald Hüther)
